Return & Exchange Policy

At NAT1ON, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • Original packaging must be included. 

Final Sale, clearance, or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange 

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at: [your return support email]. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. 

Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including a return address. 

 

3. Shipping Cost 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is incorrect or defective. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. NAT1ON is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages. 

 

4. Refunds 

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

 

5. Exchanges 

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible based on inventory availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
  • We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.    

 

7. International Orders

Returns from outside the US are accepted, but customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees. We do not offer free exchanges internationally.
